Big game fishing

Big game fishing is fishing aimed at catching large fish, mostly the blue-fin tuna, the swordfish and sharks. A typical big game fishing is done on a more powerful and faster boat, at open sea, either by hand-trolling or drifting (a mixture of fish food is thrown into the sea, attracting the fish).
It's everyone's dream to catch a large fish, but big game fishing is unpredictable until the last minute. You need to have patience and be ready for action! The final results depend on the whole team.

The richest area for big game fishing is the open sea near the island of Blitvenice and the Kornati islands.

The fish is caught mostly by drifting, waiting for the fish to bite. This was gives the best results in this area and attracts the biggest fish. Trolling is also possible. There will be a short lunch break, you should bring your own lunch.
