The tourist agency Murter-Kornati Arta invites you to become a part of our offer and present your accommodation on our web-site!

Upon your request the staff of the agency will come and gather all necessary information on your accommodation unit, make photos and make you familiar with all the details and possibilities of the cooperation. Our cooperation will increase the selling potential of your accommodation, either over the Internet or through our business partners, and the success of the final result will mostly depend on your price policy.

Our offer includes:

• free advertising and photos of your accommodation
• the possibility of renting your accommodation capacity over the Internet or through our business partners
• cooperation without asking for exclusivity
• reliability of guest arrivals, guaranteed through an advance payment

Your obligations:

• you need to have a Certificate on official categorization and a rental permit issued by official authorities
• you need to provide all the services agreed on / reserved by the guest
• you need to inform the agency on the availability of your accommodation, i.e. inform us immediately about any other booking that was not made through our agency

• an on-line search engine and a booking system which are always available and make it much easier for you to find accommodation your clients look for
• detailed descriptions and a many photographs of the accommodation unit or a boat
• excellent service which does not end with your booking the accommodation, but includes taking care of our guests from their arrival to the departure, and our polite staff is at their disposal throughout the day
• a stimulating commission, 6 -12 % of our price
• freedom to set your own final price for all accommodation units, regardless of the commission that was approved
• possibility of selling our accommodation units without the logo of the agency Murter-Kornati Arta, i.e. sending the guest directly to the final service provider with a voucher issued by your agency
• communication in English, German and Italian
